My Sewing Room, Blogging Anniversary and a Giveaway!!

This afternoon I have been tidying up my sewing space - as you can see I have a bit more to go - but as I tidied I recalled where and when all the little pieces that adorn my shelves were created or given to me!  

I'm loving using my new sewing machine .... so I had to make room for her on my table!

And there are lots of little bits and pieces I treasure or use on my shelves .... so here is a photo collage ......a favourite canvas pincushion, a teddy to watch over me, a wineglass of threads, a little purse covered in suffolk puffs, some stitchery bags, canvas work scissor keepers, jars of buttons and charms, and needlecases!  If I surround myself with creativity ..... it has to rub off!!

And on the shelf are my printed books of my first two years of blogging as a reminder of what I have been doing!   And this has reminded me that yesterday was my blogging anniversary .... three years ago yesterday I started my blog .... and what a great journey it has been!!   And so today I have ordered my past year of blogging to be printed and decided to have a special giveaway!!     Three years equals three special gifts so if you would like to be a part of my giveaway please leave a comment on this post!!    If you have a blog and would like to mention it on your blog, you will get another entry!!   Good luck, thanks for reading and looking forward to the coming year and whatever it may hold!   The giveaway will be drawn on 30th January 2012!!
